Administrative records
Scoped member and household records, controlled corrections and a protected action history.
Approved product direction
RAIS is the Religious Affairs Information System. Its approved direction brings membership, households, ceremonies, attendance, notices, recorded contributions and reporting into a controlled administration workspace.
The intended first step is a bounded member-management prototype, then a controlled pilot with clear institutional permissions, privacy responsibilities and support arrangements.
RAIS is not launched software. It is not a government registry, an automatic filing service, a donation wallet or a public member directory.
Scoped member and household records, controlled corrections and a protected action history.
Verified milestone records and institution-approved certificate issue/reissue workflows.
Attendance, notices, recorded giving and permissioned reports, with future integrations gated separately.
We are defining the prototype, required fields and access rules before bringing real member records into a pilot. Speak with iMap about the current stage and institution needs.
