IT & digital services

The hardware and network your operations depend on.

A useful application still needs working computers, reliable connectivity and a plan for outages. We supply, install, maintain and document that foundation.

01

Servers and storage

Dell and HP server supply, deployment and administration. We scope storage, racks, local domain services and SAN requirements against workload, power and support needs.

02

Computers, laptops and printers

Workstation provisioning, network printer configuration and accessories. Hardware is selected around the actual tasks, budget, licensing and warranty arrangements.

03

Operating systems and databases

Installation, licensing coordination, patching and hardening for operating systems and database environments, including PostgreSQL and MySQL. Backup and restore responsibilities are part of the scope.

04

Field power and data kits

Low-power micro-servers, offline collectors and backup-power options for remote sites. Solar, lithium storage and installation requirements need site assessment, appropriately qualified installation and clear maintenance ownership.

05

Structured cabling and rack dressing

CAT6/CAT6A and fibre installations, patch-panel termination, labelling and cable management. We document the layout so a future fault does not become a guessing exercise.

06

Network configuration and connectivity

Routing, switching, VLANs, bandwidth planning, Wi-Fi tuning, VoIP, ISP failover and branch VPNs. Changes include a test plan and a record of the final configuration.

07

Network upgrades and upkeep

Performance checks, bottleneck identification, equipment upgrades and routine cable-plant maintenance. We keep a record of the change and its effect on the network.

08

Technical support and maintenance

Helpdesk, remote administration, monitoring, software patching and preventive checks for computers, servers, networking devices, databases and accessories. Monitored assets, coverage and exclusions are written into the support agreement.

09

Service levels and local response

Discuss priority on-site support in Lusaka, including an under-one-hour response target where the service area, severity, staffed hours and capacity have been expressly agreed. Response time is not a guarantee of immediate resolution or zero downtime.

10

Scheduled care and documentation

Quarterly preventive visits can be included in a maintenance plan. Each project includes agreed network maps, equipment/configuration records, incident reporting and plain-language handover notes.

Scope questions

Before we start.

Can you support equipment we already own?

Yes, subject to an initial assessment of condition, licences, warranties and support access. The agreement makes supported equipment and exclusions clear.

Is an under-one-hour visit guaranteed everywhere?

No. Any priority response target applies only to the location, severity and service window written into the signed support agreement.
